Please Note: This return policy is ONLY applicable to products directly purchased on www.TheBankVacuum.com. Bank Vacuum products purchased on other third-party sites are subject to the return policies of those sites.
To return an item for any reason, contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org and explain why you would like to return the product. We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, and instructions for how to return your purchase. Please do not attempt to return any product without an RA number.
Unopened products may be exchanged or refunded. "Unopened" means that the product has not been removed from its original packaging, and factory seals are not broken.
Opened products make be returned for a refund at the sale price. Products must be returned in their original factory packaging, undamaged, with all parts, accessories, warranty cards, manuals, and packaging such as styrofoam.
The Bank Vacuum Company will pay return shipping costs if there is a problem with your order or the item is defective, and you allow us to repair or to replace the damaged product. If you choose not to repair or replace the product, shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
Any products returned without their included accessories or manual will be subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
